The Client must be at least 18 years old for commissioning.

The Artist is allowed to deny a commission for any reason and does not have to disclose why.

Please credit me (@itz__summer) on any platform where you use the commissioned work!

If something is not written here, please ask instead of assuming.

The Artist reserves the right to use the commissioned work for portfolio, social media posts, including the work in progress and final product, and livestream the work in progress on Twitch.

If the Client asks for the commission to not be shared, the work will only be used by the Artist after a date agreed with the Client. If the client needs the agreed date to be delayed, just let me know!

Client must not sell any of the commissioned work to another party without informing the Artist first.

Client may use the commissioned work for any personal use and as part of digital monetized content, but not for commercial merchandise (both digital and physical).

The usage of my work, including but not limited to, using it with the intention of hate, making content on Kick and/or being affiliated with Kick, AI training, machine intelligence, NFTs, and blockchains, are strictly prohibited.

Work completion requires a minimum of 1 week and may take up to 3 months, depending on the work's type, complexity, and demand.

A rush fee will put the Client's commission in priority, and it will be completed by the deadline agreed with the Client. _{note: I will not take a rush deadline of less than a week.}

After discussion over the Client's commission, the Artist will send an estimated price according to the type of work commissioned and its complexity, based on references provided by the Client.

The Client will be notified when the Artist is ready to work on the commission, and will send an invoice to the email provided by the Client.

The Artist will send occasional updates, and Client may also request updates if no update has been sent for more than two weeks.

The final files will be sent through Google Drive after full payment.

All prices are in USD and must be paid via PayPal Invoice, which will be sent to the email provided by the Client. The Client must not send any payment beforehand.

Client may request for payment plans as long as at least 20% is paid on the first installment.

The invoice must be paid within 72 hours after it is sent, or the commission may be put on hold or cancelled.

Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund according to 6) Cancellation & Refund of this Terms of Service.

You can get a discount of 5% of the total price if you send "IReadTOS" in your first message.

Rush fees are priced according to how quick the Client needs the work to be completed, and is calculated from the day the invoice is paid.

In a week (7 days): 300% of total price

In two weeks (14 days): 200% of total price

In a month (30 days): 100% of total price.

^{note: depending on the complexity of the work, it may be impossible to finish it in a week.}

The Client can request a cancellation of the commission before first payment, or when the Client is still in the waitlist.

No refunds are possible after the start of work, unless I cannot finish the work before the deadline. In that case, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund according to the amount of work completed.
